                                                              MANAGERIAL ROLES

Back to the story again, on day when charan was in 12th standard when he was going to the college on his two wheeler, he met with an accident and also one old mas was also injured because of this accident , both were admitted in hospital

Now they have to face legal repercussions , police had come to the hospital and filed the case as an accident case they meet his father noted down all the details because father is the FIGURE HEAD of the family

Once police went , his father motivated his depressed son, and told him not to fear everything will be alright and gave confident to him, obviously he is the LEADER of the family , he has to do that,

Then he has very good relation with that doctor , he talked to the doctor for the fastest recovery and also he met with one of the known police personal regarding the case, he has a LIASON outside too.

Of course these are all the roles that a manager does and comes under a label as INTERPERSONAL

From our story it is very clear that, typically a father observes outside world how things are changing in the world from different inputs and he would pass it those to his family to learn changes and when any one comes to home or when he goes out he is the representative of whole family he is the spokes person, generally he speaks behalf his family

In the same way managers do monitor the information and disseminates the information to the members of the organization and acts as a spokesperson of the organization in industry these are all roles under informational category.

On the other side this is as vital as it is , ever body knows this and experiences this a father is a decision maker when any financial disturbance comes he handles that carefully and on otherside he always looks for new opportunities or new waya to generate income for wealthy life for that he is the resource allocator and negotiator for the family .

And also he is the one who searches for new opportunities and initiates projects to bring about change means he must behave as a entrepreneur, when unexpected distrubances come he should be ready to take corrective action and be a disturbance handler and he is also a resource allocator and negotiator.
